Nicole A Christy, M.S., SPHR

Nicole Christy is a dynamic, high-impact organizational and leadership development consultant, facilitator, and coach who motivates stakeholders at all organizational levels to learn and successfully apply new behaviors, knowledge, and skills. 

 

Prior to launching her consultancy in 2015, Nicole’s more than 15 years of experience included nearly a decade in non-profit leadership where she led gender equality and broader diversity and inclusion efforts from the front-line through senior leadership.  As a corporate Org. Development leader and HR Business Partner, Nicole solidified her strong belief in the importance of helping leaders hone their ability to collaborate and influence without relying on formal authority; and to appreciate, cultivate and leverage diverse talent to achieve greater results. Nicole knows that organization culture is set by leadership. By their actions. And culture is directly tied to sustainable success.  The higher up a leader transitions in an organization, the more important these skills become. 

 

Nicole's consulting and facilitation skill-set includes: leadership strategy and development, influence, diversity and inclusion, productive communication in conflict, aligning organization to strategy, organization culture,change management, team-building, talent and performance management, succession planning, effective decision making.   She has provided these services both as an internal and external partner across many industries, including transportation, insurance, construction, banking, manufacturing, energy, healthcare, consulting, pharmaceutical, biosciences, higher education, local government and non-profit.

Nicole also shared her knowledge and expertise for five years in higher education as an adjunct faculty member of the Helzberg School of Management at Rockhurst University, Kansas City, MO, where she served as an executive coach for the Executive MBA program and instructor for the MBA and MAM programs.

She believes that there is always more than one path to achieve that success and has a deep passion and appreciation for different ways of thinking and doing things. Nicole infuses her work with this passion as she validates the experiences of others and helps to build bridges of understanding within organizations.
